Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our United States facility to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Bulk orders of 100 copies or more may need an additional 1–3 business days to pick and pack.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you need international delivery for a bulk order, contact us and we’ll quote freight separately.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active on the carrier’s website.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.
