Not right? Return it within 30 days. If the fault is ours, we cover the return shipping.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in original condition — unused, unmarked, unwritten in, and with any original shrink wrap intact.

How to start a return

1. Email bulkbookshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the items back, including your order number inside the parcel.

Who pays return shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we’ll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show it on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If something is damaged, defective, or simply the wrong book, contact us within 7 days with photographs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the title you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — just email us as soon as possible and we’ll refund in full. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Non-returnable items

• Books that have been written in, marked, or otherwise used
• Clearance or final-sale items, where clearly labelled as such
• Digital or downloadable products

Bulk orders

Bulk orders of 100 copies or more have the same 30-day return window. Please contact us before shipping items back so we can arrange the most cost-effective return method.
